General English

When you arrive, you will take a placement test and be placed accordingly based on the CEFR level. Classes start every Monday on a continuous enrolment.

There is no time limit on how long you should stay in a level, but generally, when you start a level you should be ready to move up after around 12 weeks.

Weekly progress checks and monitoring from teachers will help you develop your skills.

The aim of the General English course is to:

  • Develop your four skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) using authentic and functional language; 
  • Enhance your communicative skills so you are able to communicate effectively both in and outside the classroom;
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of English grammar and confidently apply it accurately;
  • Expand your vocabulary;
  • Lay a suitable foundation for further study of the language.

1 to 25 weeks (15 hours per week)

Maximum 15 students per class.

Morning classes:
From 9 am to 10.30 am
and 10.45 – 12.15 pm

Afternoon classes:
From 1.00 pm to 2.30 pm
and 2.45 – 4.15 pm

The minimum age for start the class is 18+ years old.

 IELTS Preparation Classes

There is no pass or fail in the IELTS test. The students are graded on their performance using a score on the scale from 1 (the lowest) to 9 (the highest) for each part of the test (Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking).

IELTS is for students who wish to follow an Academic Programme leading to the IELTS examination. Over 2 million tests were taken last year all over the world.

This preparation programme aims to help you develop the ability to achieve the highest possible scores for your level. The exam tests your four language skills – reading, writing, listening and speaking.

CAE Preparation Classes

Our cambridge examination courses prepare students for all the components of the examinations: Reading, Use of English, Comprehension, Listening Comprehension and Speaking. Students will complete sample papers and CAE examination practice. Preparation for Reading, Writing, Listening and Use of English papers with regular timed examination practice as well as preparation and practice for speaking exam.

The programme covers all four skills and pays particular attention to grammar and lexical areas commonly tested in the exam. Additional practice in areas of weakness for homework.
